My good friend Tom Hine - a born entertainer if ever there was one - once told me that there are only seven jokes in the world, and every joke is a spin-off from one of them. With that caveat in mind, I still believe some of these jokes are originally mine. Some of them I have adapted from others. And some I just heard in the pub.
